8ab1b5923c NEW Use by default the domain $dolibarr_main_url_root for SMTP HELO 
This solves "Temporary unavailable" error with gmail smtp relay.

88100a53aa Close #12098 : allow usage of AUTH LOGIN in smtp 
Global variable MAIL_SMTP_AUTH_TYPE can be used to PLIAN to allow AUTH PLAIN authentification. Default still AUTH LOGIN.
