FIX TakePOS receipt preview in admin #25648

Receipt preview in admin shows header and footer repeating themselves because in preview, $constFreeText equals TAKEPOS_HEADER (as there is no $_SESSION['takeposterminal'] defined).
Back compatibility for #25648
