Clean dead code: Function showStripePaymentUrl, getStripePaymentUrl,
...
showPaypalPaymentUrl and getPaypalPaymentUrl has been removed. The
generic one showOnlinePaymentUrl and getOnlinePaymentUrl are always
used.
