approvals to make a supplier order approved. Activating this option introduce a new permission to the second level approval.

data: A directory with SQL script to add Dolibarr initial data.
migration: A directory with SQL script to migrate Dolibarr database from
one version to another version.
tables: A directory with all files with create tables and index orders.
